"I was impressed by the organisation of these works and by how much the guys pulled together as a team and all seemed to know their responsibilities. They all worked very well together and clearly have been well informed and well managed.
We also spoke through your plans to progress and complete verge works, dressing off and also getting the gas main through the embankment from the A43 to Whittlebury Road CSEP and I was delighted with how you have this in hand and planned to complete.
All in all, a very good start to this job and a worthwhile visit. Many thanks for your efforts to date on this. Please also pass on my thanks to your team."

"Just a quick email to thank S & R Construction for the works they carried out at Broadfield Farm and Fishery in Cutnall Green, Worcestershire, in April 2018.
The 400m refurbished drive way was completed on time and on budget and all works were carried out to a very high standard; from start to finish.
We would highly recommend S & R Construction for any ground works / reinstatement /utillity works.”

"I would like to take this opportunity of thanking you and your team for your continued support.

I appreciate your due diligence in helping with our land appraisal methodology in respect of providing estimated costing on mains and services across our developments. I also appreciate the effort you put in to flag up any hidden / abnormal costing where network upgrades are not always visible to us as a developer.
Your teams continually deliver on time and in most cases ahead of programme and to a very high standard.
I also appreciate it where the team help out at short notice where other service providers fail.
You should be very proud of the business model you have set up and the very efficient and effective team culture in your organisation.
Thank you for your continued professional approach and I very much look forward to working with you both now and in the future."

"We, the curate i/c, the church wardens and all our parishioners wish to thank you for the generous gesture - filling in a couple of potholes at our church entrance following a three week period of acute frustration.
During which road works made entry to the church often impossible.
the whole church, are hugely grateful to you and we wish you to pass on our thanks to the workmen involved also."

"I would definitely use your services again. I was originally misinformed by my builder about the length of time the process would take. however, as soon as I bought my enquiry to you, you were always very honest and clear about what needed to be done and the timescales involved."

"Good morning, just a quick email to say what a pleasure it was to visit site today, the set up was one of the best i have seen. The nature of the install means that there will be various areas open but they were all sectioned off with barriers to prevent injury, pathway routes clearly signed, welfare in place and visitor book.
The guy's were all in PPE and doing a really good job, all the walkways and drive ways re-instated were level and mess kept to a minimum. Wayne was informed, helpful and courteous, he has a rapport with the residents and that's invaluable in this environment. well done all."

"I would to pass on the praise that both Terry and the site team had been receiving from the Cottage in the Woods Hotel, Malvern.
What was a very difficult and high impact piece of work on paper has been delivered as we said we would and given an important customer confidence in us and even led to offers being made to find solutions to construction problems we will face on the main works – i.e. extending the main on their property to feed The Chapel and save having to dig up and resurface a customers brand new driveway.
Fantastic result and congratulations to the team."

"I wanted to drop you a line now I am back from a week’s holiday in Devon.

Terry is seeing me next week to discuss any teething problems we may have experienced since you left our site. I do not think there is much to report there...you did say that the tarmac would be done when you are in the area in June for our drive to improve the surface as a thank you for letting you access Holy Well Chapel from our grounds later this year.

One thing I did want to give feedback on is the courtesy and professionalism shown by all the men working on site. Any issues were resolved quickly and fairly. They only used our facilities a few times and took their boots off without being asked when the dustsheets were taken up ready for our big clean up operation within the hotel!

Please pass our thanks on to Terry and the team.
Best wishes."

"Just to pass on my thank for the way this job has been undertaken over the last four weeks. it's a very busy road as you know, used by a lot of the employees here at NG HQ as well other locals.
It's obviously been completed to schedule, which is great in itself, but from what I saw (I live very nearby and must have driven past several dozen times at all different times of the day and night) the site was always in immaculate condition in teams of safety, compliance and general tidiness.
I admit I was expecting to hear regular feedback from passing colleagues on concerns or suggestions for improvement, but I have received not a single negative comment.
Please would you pass on my thank to the team involved and their site manager, the job was a credit to them and reflected very well on the way National Grid wants to go about things when carrying out mains replacement."
