Our business is growing fast, and we need people who want to work for a family-run company that is putting the Black Country and West Midlands on the national map.
There are opportunities for experienced and highly skilled people across our groundworks, multi-utilities and traffic management arms, as well as in our team at Dwello, our recently launched affordable housing operation.
We are also looking for people with the right attitude, who want to carve out a rewarding career in construction.
This has seen us build a strategic partnership with Sandwell College to develop the next generation of workers, whilst we continue to reach out and support service leavers from the Armed Forces, helping them retrain and develop new skills for the construction industry.

WHO WE WORK WITH.
Work at our £8m state-of-the-art HQ
We have just unveiled our new home in the heart of the Black Country following an £8m, two-year labour of love that has transformed the historic 2.3 acre ‘William Press’ site in Dawley Brook Road in Kingswinford.
The modern two-storey office block acts as our administrative HQ and features our own training academy, events space and expansive gym that is available to all staff and partners.
We have created a place where our team wants to come to work and a place where we can entertain clients that range from local authorities and major infrastructure contractors to housebuilders and commercial landlords.
Offices have all been ergonomically designed, with the latest lighting and lots of different spaces for staff to relax.
We’re big on mental wellbeing here thanks to our champion Tracey Sankey and believe fitness can play a big role, so part of the lower floor is a gym that features cardio machines, weights and even a boxing ring. Some people have said it’s better than the gym they actually go to!
S&R TRAINING
We are an approved EUSR and NOCN training provider for the delivery of utility training, SHEA Passport (Gas, Water, Electricity), and National Water Hygiene.
Our experts can also provide access to courses on Locate Utility Services and Safe Digging (UE1 & UE2).

S1 – Monitoring signing, lighting and guarding KEY CERTIFICATE
S2 – Monitoring excavation in the highway
S3 – Monitoring reinstatement and compaction of backfill materials
S4 – Monitoring reinstatement of sub-base and base in non-bituminous materials
S5 – Monitoring reinstatement in bituminous materials
